Sriracha Salt
This recipe is super easy and can be used anywhere you need an extra “bump” from regular salt. My favorites are popcorn, baked potatoes, stir fry, or any Korean\Asian BBQ. Make a bunch for friends, (keep some empty seasoning containers\shakers) and fill them up and give them out.
- Easy….mix ½ cup of kosher salt to every 5 tbsp. of Sriracha. I usually make one cup at a time.
- After you mix well, spread the mixture on parchment paper (on a large cookie sheet)
- Pre-heat the oven to 350
- Turn the oven off and let the mixture sit in the oven for 2 ½ to 3 ½ hours (drying time depends on how thin you spread the mixture)
- That is all…..you may have to “break” it up after it drys……..
